Draft, not yet in effect

This draft has not been approved by RajPath and is not its policy yet. It describes how the site works today, and points marked “TO BE CONFIRMED” are still undecided. It is not legal advice.

Who runs RajPath

RajPath (rajpath.online) is operated by Rajpath, [BUSINESS ADDRESS TO BE CONFIRMED] [LEGAL FORM AND REGISTRATION OF THE BUSINESS TO BE CONFIRMED].

Questions about this policy or your data can be sent to support@rajpath.online or +919982092475.

What we collect

You can read free notes without an account, and nothing in this section is collected from you to do so. When you create an account or buy a note, RajPath stores:

  • Account details: your name and email address. If you sign up with a password, only a one-way hash of it is stored, never the password itself.
  • Google sign-in: if you use “Continue with Google”, we receive your name, your email address and the identifier Google gives your account. We never see your Google password.
  • Purchases: which note you bought, the price charged, the currency, the order status, the dates involved, and the order, payment and refund references issued by Razorpay.
  • Access records: which notes your account can open and until when.
  • Password resets: when you ask for a reset link, a one-way hash of the link's token, which expires after 30 minutes and can be used once.

Card, UPI, net-banking and wallet details are entered in Razorpay's checkout and handled by Razorpay. RajPath does not receive or store them.

Sign-up does not ask for your age or date of birth.

Security and abuse prevention

To slow down password guessing and abuse, RajPath counts sign-in, sign-up and password-reset attempts per email address and per network (IP) address. Only a one-way hash of the email or IP address is stored with each count, and each count restarts after a window of at most one hour.

Cookies

RajPath uses only the cookies it needs to sign you in:

  • A session cookie that keeps you signed in for up to 7 days, or until you log out.
  • Short-lived cookies used during Google sign-in to protect the sign-in from tampering, and, when you link Google to an existing account, to remember that request until you confirm it.

The site does not include analytics, advertising or third-party tracking scripts.

How we use it

  • To create and secure your account and keep you signed in.
  • To take payment for premium notes and unlock them for your account once the payment is confirmed.
  • To show your purchased notes in My Purchases and your dashboard.
  • To look into a payment, refund or access problem, using the order and Razorpay references.

Emails we send

RajPath only sends emails that are part of running your account and your orders:

  • A password-reset link, when you ask for one.
  • A receipt, when a purchase is confirmed.
  • A confirmation, when a purchase is refunded.

These are service emails, not marketing. RajPath does not send marketing emails.

Services that process data for us

RajPath does not sell personal data. It relies on these services to run:

  • Razorpay, for payments and refunds.
  • Resend, to deliver the emails listed above.
  • Google, only if you choose to sign in with Google.
  • Neon, which hosts the database.
  • Vercel, which hosts the website.
  • Cloudflare R2, which stores the note files you can download.
