Do I need an account to read free notes?
No. Free notes open for everyone, with no account and no payment. You only need an account to unlock a premium note.
How does a premium note work?
Each premium note has its own price, shown on the note. Paying once unlocks that note for your account for six months from the date of purchase. There is no subscription.
How do I pay?
Payment happens in Razorpay's secure checkout window, opened from the note page. The note unlocks as soon as Razorpay confirms the payment; if a payment is still being confirmed, the note page tells you and lets you check again.
Where do I find the notes I have bought?
In My Purchases, which lists every note on your account and how long its access lasts. Your dashboard shows the most recent ones too.
Can I download notes?
Notes are read on the site. When a note comes with a study file (a PDF or Word document), that file can be downloaded once the note is open to you.
I forgot my password. What now?
Use Forgot password to get a reset link by email. If you signed up with Google, you can keep using the Google button on the login page.
